Nizar Chaari: We Must Invest in African Youth Now

MOROCCO – EPIK Leaders founder Dr. Nizar Chaari is leading a continental youth leadership revolution, establishing 100 student clubs across Morocco through the ambitious "Welcome Fest" initiative. The 45-day national university tour represents a critical investment in Africa's future leaders.

EPIK Leaders has rapidly expanded across Africa, with active leadership clubs now operating in Comoros, Senegal, Mali, and Tunisia. This growing network creates unprecedented opportunities for pan-African collaboration among emerging leaders.

The organization's commitment to excellence was demonstrated at the inaugural Summer Academy in Agadir, where 150 young leaders from 15 African countries received intensive training in leadership development, artificial intelligence, and geopolitics. The program addresses critical skills gaps while fostering pan-African solidarity.

"We're at a pivotal moment," emphasized Chaari. "Africa's youth represent our greatest asset, and we must invest in their leadership development now to unlock the continent's immense potential."

The initiative culminates with a continental leadership award ceremony in January 2026, celebrating outstanding contributions from the network's emerging leaders.
